Olu’s appreciation of Asset Management and Financial Planning stems from over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. His proficiency in working directly with asset custodians, providing research and operational support for chief executives, mastery of client relationship and serving as an advocate for clients affords him a unique perspective in helping implement specialized solutions.
 

Olu’s courteous and friendly personality with our clients positively impacts the approach, strategies, and decisions that clients take towards achieving their desired goals.  We truly believe his efforts make a substantial impact on our valued clients’ overall experience with Financial Planning. Olu has been Stephen Dunne's apprentice for several years, and like his mentor Olu’s plans include acquiring his CFP® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
 

Olu moved to Oregon from Maryland in 2007, he currently resides in Hillsboro with his wife, son and daughter. He has a passion for photography and enjoys family travels. They are all active volunteers in community services and church activities.

As our Customer Relationship  Coordinator, Jenn brings not only experience, but the attitude we need to keep things moving smoothly. Her professional background includes retail, customer service, event  planning and managing diverse teams of people. She’s always up for a new challenge and believes that there are growth opportunities at every turn. 

In 2022, Jenn entered the field of Personal Finance, and we think she’s right where she belongs.  Personalized, individualized service for our clients is one of those things that sets Argent apart from many  large financial management firms, and Jenn is the one who helps us keep that mandate front and center.

Prioritizing her job as a full-time mother of four, Jenn has maximized the benefits of remote working. She and her husband, Bren, live in Boise Idaho, but she has no trouble being right where we need her, when we need her!

Tracy has a BA in communications, with 35+ years of experience in writing, design and message development. We know that good service always gets better with effective communication. In her capacity as Communications Manager, that, in a nutshell, is the role Tracy plays at Argent.

Tracy is also an experienced philanthropic advisor, trainer and speaker with more than 39 years of resource development and donor relations experience on both ends of the philanthropic process. She has served as program director, ED, board member, volunteer, consultant & founder in organizations that range from the 7th largest charity in the nation to grassroots start-ups.  Our clients who are interested in more structured, focused and legacy-centered charitable giving can benefit from that expertise.

Oh, and also, Tracy is Steve Silver's wife of 39+ years.
