Individualized service for our clients is one of those things that set Argent apart from many large financial management firms, and Nick is the one who helps us keep that mandate front and center. With 20+ years of retail and management experience, he understands the importance of client-centered service.

Nick is also on a very focused and thoughtful path to becoming a Certified Financial Planner. He’ll graduate Magna Cum Laude this Spring from Arizona State University, majoring in

Financial Planning in the W.P. Carey School of Business. He does not want to be a salesman. He is intent on helping clients create the financial futures they want. That is precisely why he belongs at Argent and why we are so happy to have him on board.

Nick lives with his wife, Rachael, and their daughters Bella and Sienna. When he’s not attending his girls’ dance and sporting events, he enjoys Hiking, Camping, and Snowboarding.

Tracy has a BA in communications, with 35+ years of experience in writing, design and message development. We know that good service always gets better with effective communication. In her capacity as Communications Manager, that, in a nutshell, is the role Tracy plays at Argent.

Tracy is also an experienced philanthropic advisor, trainer and speaker with more than 39 years of resource development and donor relations experience on both ends of the philanthropic process. She has served as program director, ED, board member, volunteer, consultant & founder in organizations that range from the 7th largest charity in the nation to grassroots start-ups.  Our clients who are interested in more structured, focused and legacy-centered charitable giving can benefit from that expertise.

Oh, and also, Tracy is Steve Silver's wife of 40+ years.
